About SCP Recruitment
Opening in 2006, SCP Recruitment began with the aim of providing high-quality social care recruitment solutions. With our first office in Maidstone, our solid reputation quickly enabled us to open further offices in Bexley, Surrey and Aberdeen, supplying temporary and permanent staff to the NHS, Local Authorities and the charity sector.
In 2015, SCP Recruitment joined the City and County Healthcare Group, one of the country’s largest providers of Domiciliary and Complex Care Services with over 100 branches across the UK.

Our Vision
Our vision at SCP Recruitment is simple; to be the agency of choice for health and social care recruitment by providing the best quality of service possible to our candidates and clients.
Our Values
The SCP Recruitment values underpin what we do every day and enable us to achieve our vision.
Quality
Quality is at the heart of everything we do, from the staff we supply to our office team, to how they deal with your requests. It is our firm belief that we will flourish by providing the service that our candidates and clients want.
Commitment
We are committed to getting it right and ensuring that what we do has a positive effect, importantly matching the right people to the right organisations. We cannot plan for every eventuality but when there are unforeseen circumstances we are committed to making things right.
Fairness
SCP Recruitment is a fair agency. We want our workers to be paid correctly and at a rate that reflects their skills and experience. That commits us to paying at least a living wage. Likewise, our clients receive a value for money service and a quality service they can rely on for a fair rate.
At SCP Recruitment, we are proud of our staff. Our workforce is truly committed to providing the best possible service to those who need us. Every day, hundreds of SCP Recruitment staff are putting their skills to good use supporting hospitals, nursing homes and a variety of specialist units in their local communities. They are flexible and often react to short notice requirements, providing an invaluable service when our clients need them.
The teams in our local branches are similarly dedicated to providing services of the best quality. Each local office is overseen by an experienced branch manager who is responsible for a team of recruitment consultants, compliance team and resourcers.
Our local sites are supported by an experienced and highly-competent senior management team which offers daily support to local branches, ensuring that our services remain of a consistently high standard.
